Working at Haremi

We're always looking for talented, collaborative people with a flair for content and a passion for education. Does this sound like you? If so, come and work for a growing, employee-owned company that's making a difference to the lives of teachers and learners everywhere, and takes its wider social responsibility seriously, too.

As part of our team and a co-owner of the company, you can advance your career whilst enjoying a wide range of benefits. You'll be joining a company who puts employees at the heart of what we do. All our decisions are made in the best interests of our employee-owners, and as an employee-owner you will receive a tax-free employee ownership bonus each year, based on company performance.

Our Bupa cash plan covers the cost of many routine health expenses and our employee assistance programme is there to support you and your family with your wellbeing and free legal and financial advice.

Work life balance is a priority for us: we love being at work but we're also parents/carers/joggers/cyclists/socialisers/knitters/artists/bakers (delete as appropriate) so we make sure everyone has the time to do the other things they enjoy. We offer part-time roles, hybrid working and flexitime with just two core hours everyone must work each day. Working most of your week at home is an option, but our modern central Cheltenham office is also a great place to be, with areas to join up with your project teams and quiet corners for extra concentration.

We are so proud of our people, our biggest asset. We believe we have the most driven and reliable colleagues in the business. We are not just employees at Haremi, we are a support network. Our working environment is a friendly and collaborative one, and we actively promote a culture of learning and development – whether that's through making connections with the end users of our products (teachers and learners), studying for a qualification, sharing the latest industry news in our Teams channels, or attending exhibitions.

It's important to us that everyone has a voice. We have a Business Improvement Forum that represents everyone. They meet regularly to look at how to improve the way we do things and drive new initiatives. We are constantly seeking opinions and views through our suggestion box and surveys, and we learn from the experts in our teams.

It's equally important to us to provide extra activities that appeal to the diverse interests of our team, so we offer lots to everyone. From fitness to photography, from book club to curry night. If you like to plan as well as attend fun events, you could also join our social committee!

We love to give generously too. Our team raises thousands of pounds for charities in our local community each year, as well as those that support young people worldwide.
